At checkout of your order, you can have an order form sent to the email address you provide. If you specifically want to receive an invoice, you can click the additional option "I want an invoice" during your order.

Q: What do I need to fill out to receive an invoice?

Answer:
If you click the "I want an invoice" option, an additional field will appear where you can enter your VAT number. Enter your VAT number here to have the invoice created correctly and automatically.

Question: When will I receive my invoice?

Answer:
The invoice is automatically created and immediately sent with the order email, provided the transaction was successful.

Q: Is there a cost to receive an invoice?

Answer:

• Companies: For companies, the invoice is free of charge.
• Individuals: For individuals, there is an additional cost of 5 Euro for the invoice.

Question: Where can I enter my VAT number?

Answer:
During the order, you will see an additional "VAT Number" field appear when you select the "I want an invoice" option. Here you can enter your VAT number.
