It may also be that a typo was made when filling out the order, send us an email with your name, email, date of order and we will look into it as soon as possible.
If, when placing your order, you have chosen the payment option BANK TRANSFER, you will receive the order email with the key only after the amount has been credited to our account. This process is fully automated.
Some products will condition that they are out of stock and only available via back order. In this case, you will not receive an order email after placing your order. As soon as the key is back in stock, you will receive the order email. This usually happens within 24 hours during the business week.
