→ Refund policy

' Upon actual purchase of software and approval after payment, your license for sale will be activated. After receiving the license, you are not entitled to refunds or returns. This is because there can be no verification whether or not the license has been used or will be used in the future and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply here as provided by law. The provisions, and in particular Article 16/m, of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, are clear herein " read here

Revocation - Refund policy

' After the product is viewed on the CD-Keys.uk platform, the customer is only entitled to a refund from CD-Keys.uk if:

    • The product (activation code) is not as described (if some content is missing).
    • The Product (activation code) does not work as expected (indicated as invalid or used when Customer tries to activate it on the correct platform). It is important that the customer contacts us first via email or whatsapp before refunding any question, we will then look into the problem and get it fixed. This can be done by providing a new key. If the problem persists we can make a proposal for refund/refund.
    • Although listed as a "lifetime license" - that is, the life of the computer you installed it on - it is worth noting that there is always a risk that Microsoft could terminate the license. Entrepreneur is not responsible for this, nor can refunds or returns be claimed at that time.

' If the Customer's refund request is granted, CD-Keys.uk will refund the money paid by the Customer to the same source where the original payment was made.

' To enable the Customer to exercise his/her rights under Section 1.3, the Customer must provide sufficient evidence of the relevant deficiencies, as well as proof that such deficiencies already existed during the purchase of the Digital Product.

Article 2 → Complaints

' If Customers have experienced a violation of their rights caused by the CD-Keys.uk services offered in the terms and conditions and/or privacy policy, they have the right to file a complaint. The complaint should be sent to CD-Keys.uk via email.

' Communication with CD-Keys.com support is through the email address info@cd-keys.uk.

' CD-Keys.com makes every effort to have all complaints resolved certainly within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.

The complaint must contain this information:

    • order information about which the complaint arose;
    • what rights have been violated;
    • description of the circumstances under which the rights were violated.

' Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the " general terms and conditions, its breach, termination or validity, shall be finally settled in the respective court of Belgium in the district of Kortrijk subject to the rules of jurisdiction.
